In April, 2005, Jeff Haidet acquired Dehart Guard & Patrol Services, Inc. Jeff had a strong desire to create a security company different from those typically found in the security industry and built a philosophy on two primary concepts: Provide "outstanding service" and become the "employer of choice" among security professionals. To help solidify this goal, Mr. Haidet changed the company name to ALERT Protective Services in May of 2006, as the new management and ownership team of the company reflected an overall philosophical change in the operation and direction.
Mr. Hamilton's joined the company in 2006, just as our name was changed to ALERT Protective Services. As a partner in the company, his primary role is the management and oversight of all ALERT business operations and branches, which includes security, patrol, consulting & investigation services.
