John joined the Alert team in March of 2009 and was very quickly promoted to the position of Account Manager for a new client site. His quick promotion was based on his previous security management experience and talent demonstrated during his early ALERT career. While managing a gated community security staff, John continued to exemplify ALERT’s dedication to offering superior customer service for over two years. Because of the company’s continued growth, the Scheduling Manager position was created in mid 2011. John was selected and promoted to Scheduling Manager in September 2011.
Mr. Bartolome works with the Branch Management team of Jerry Cushing, Rob Hurth and EVP Craig Smith. He is responsible for ensuring the coordination, input, accuracy and dissemination of all field schedule data.
