ALERT Protective Services, in partnership with Southworth Solutions, designs, customizes and installs gatehouse entry control software that allows security staff to rapidly process visitors while capturing essential data. It is a highly intuitive "point and click" system that minimizes typing, improves accuracy and speeds access.
The software runs on Windows®-based computers and does not require an Internet connection. It is an intuitive, easy-to-learn system which can save your security-staff time and effort by speeding clerical tasks. If a high speed Internet connection is available, additional features are included.
The speed, accuracy and all-around effectiveness of your security staff will be greatly improved. Tracking and validating guests and workers is made easier. Utilizing a "point and click" process, guests and commercial contractors on a resident's "permanent" list are automatically logged into the system. Passes are printed with a click of a mouse or a touch to the screen. Resident information, their preferences and emergency instructions are readily accessible at all times. The software maintains a complete database of community residents from which data is easily exported to prepare a community telephone directory.
