Security Services

Uniformed, "Certified" Security Officers

ALERT Protective Services has earned a reputation as one of Florida's finest security companies by focusing on what we do best: providing security solutions to residential communities, residential condominiums and office buildings / complexes. Unlike so many of the international, national and regional security companies that service as many as 18 vertical markets though a "one size fits all", volume driven approach, ALERT has developed expertise and core competency by focusing specifically on residential, condominium and office properties. Our officer services include both armed and unarmed uniformed security or a combination of the two.

ALERT provides a wide range of services tailored to residential community, condominium & office building customers:

  • Armed and Unarmed uniformed security officers
  • Lobby ambassador/concierge/guest services
  • Mobile patrols
  • Residential risk assessment
  • Enforce deed, covenant and parking restrictions
  • Vehicle radar monitoring and enforcement
  • Safety, security and property image inspections
  • Tenant/employee training and resident security seminars
  • Out of town home checks
  • Check and report issues with exterior lighting and other common area assets
  • Attend security meetings and report to the HOA Board / Management when called upon
  • Personal Safety
  • Local crime statistics
  • Establish a disaster plan covering hurricanes and flooding
  • CPR/ First Responder and AED trained security officers
  • Special event coverage

ALERT Protective Services exceeds client expectations because we employ the best people. Our management team takes a hands-on approach in the recruiting, hiring and training of our officers. All officer prospects are interviewed by a panel, where senior management participates in every interview. We do this because we understand that our security officers are the value in our service and are, on many occasions, the first impression someone has of your community or business.

All ALERT personnel are carefully screened to meet your specific community or facility needs. Further, they are "Certified" by the Florida Division of Licensing. This means they have undergone state and national background checks and have taken 40 hours of security specific training to meet these Division of Licensing certification requirements.
